There was a reason rooms were available....
The staff were engaged - the property was very very subpar, worn down and flat out in need of refurbishment - our room lacked a lamp, the first room we were offered did not have a door with a working lock - the second had insufficient lighting, a constantly malfunctioning TV and spotty at best internet service - Bed was fine, things seems clean - but literally everything appeared worn out and in need of updating/replacement.

If you just need a place to sleep, it gets the job done. The rooms need some TLC. Our room was a double queen. The bathroom (shower and toilet area) was quite small. The tile needed replaced to the point of being a safety issue. Overall, this hotel needs some updating to make it worth the money.

It was exactly as expected for the price. It was cheap, so I didn't expect a 5-star place. There were stains on the carpet and walls., but overall clean. The windows are broken and do not lock.

I liked the staff, they were very accommodating. I did not like the carpeting, which was thin and very worn. This could be updated and would make a significant difference. I was able to get all I need to accomplish and ended up with great results. So thank you!

Not value for money at US$300 per night , pathetic, not to my expectations. Taking advantage of peak season . Only cold paced breakfast, to bring donuts to room. No seating breakfast, Room service bed, we stayed for two nights, but second day when return, no one did room service or beds, no lift , so had to carry big luggage by hand. Not secured Car park! Seen people hanging around. Poorly ventilated corridor and rooms. Refrigerator not well kept, all items I kept inside got frozen .
