We were really disappointed in the hot tub being out of order. I’m not sure if the front desk woman was new, but it was not a smooth check in. Breakfast was a mess. Specifically that they seemed unprepared for a nearly sold out night. There was very limited food available.

We got there at least an hour and half after check in time. The computers were down the last working apologized one time in the 45 minutes we had to wait. I feel like we should be entitled to a bit of a refund for the inconvenience.

WWE on the second floor???

Our hotel was beautiful, zero complaints on appearances, cleanliness, staff, etc. However, there must have been five to ten kids upstairs on the second floor above us who had to be either running & jumping off the furniture or running up & down the halls until 1:00am! No fault of the staff, just letting people with kids that tgey need to make them behave when they aren't at home!
