Surprising stay near BTV

Great location near BTV airport; new hotel and a pleasant surprise. Was not familiar with the Delta Hotels/Marriott brand. Good bar/restaurant, fitness center, indoor pool. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and a great price.

could have been perfect, place is great and convenient but staff was rather disinterested in customer service also, the hotel serves as a hub for hobos, and yeah my car was entered, sitting in their parking lot and things were stolen left a message with front desk about it and to have a manager get in touch, never happened

I was stuck in Los Angeles due to the fires and tried to cancel as early as possible but when I called I was told that if the desk clerk cancelled for me, I'd automatically be charged for the room and that I needed to make the cancellation through the phone app. But the phone app doesn't work on my phone! I had an actual person on the line and she couldn't do anything to help me, even though she wanted to. So frustrated.
