Good hotel in Burlington.
The stay was pleasant. Rained all the time so the room smelled musty or humid. Ran the AC on full blast and kept it cold. But overall was a fine stay. Staff is helpful. This is one of the better hotels in South Burlington. Second time I have chosen this one.

Front desk workers looked disheveled and unclean. Place is poorly laid out and to get to some rooms it requires going up and down 5-10 stairs though on the same level. As I made myu way through the maze of hallways their was trash strewn and used plates all over and it was 5 pm. Opened my door and the room had a horrific smell. It wreaked! Outside my window as a huge overflowing trash bin. It was disgusting. The room is overstuffed with useless furniture. Room had a good size but useless large dressers and desks made it very tight. The bathroom had mold in the caulking. All in all, the public space looks large but the place is nasty. Do not stay here.

cobwebs. black and orange mold in the bath and shower, even on the built in seat in the shower. missing tile. broken toilet seat. broken tv. “room service” consisted of hanging a laundry bag with two fresh towels and two bottles of water on the door handle. staff told me they would have to inform building engineer. i had to ask for new room. new room was still moldy ( somewhat less visible) and dirty. How does Hilton allow its name on this property?

Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. Our room smelled musty most days and felt damp. Our room was at the bottom and whoever was above us and beside us, was heard walking around…walls/floors were very thin, which made our nights sleepless
