The toilet paper in the room bathroom was very hard to use! Hard to reach and then it kept popping off the bracket and rolling away to the other side of the room. Also, the heating and fridge were very loud.

Great service, mediocre room

The people who work here are amazing -- friendly, helpful, professional. The room, on the other hand, was bizarre. So many weird sloping lines on the ceiling, parts where the ceiling is really low. And it's not just an old building with a simple slope to a lower part of the ceiling. Many different weird sloping parts, like it was a deliberate design. It was disorienting and my kiddo bumped his head. The room itself was super small. Only one chair. So my son and I had to take turns eating in the room. And while I wouldn't describe the room as dirty, it could've been cleaner.

I spent 2 nights here this weekend foe my son and myself. The staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the brakfast had so many options. The only down fall was the website had a indoor pool. I was told apon check in the pool was colsed for a unknown amount of time. The main reason i booked was for the pool. My son was was ao excited to swim.
