Breakfast included was the best we ever had in the U.S. Person overseeing breakfast was always available and restocked all the time. Staff was friendly especially the second shift receptionist. Property was somewhat dated especially in bathroom with shower shelves sticking out in odd places.

There’s a popular coffee shop within walking distance. The hotel is just minutes from the interstate & the UVM campus. Great location. The gym was an added bonus.

Friendly staff, I liked the little extras at breakfast that made it slightly better than a typical Hampton Inn breakfast. I appreciated the wide stairways and the wide space in the breakfast area. Conveniently located to I-89. Nearby restaurants were limited.

Bathroom was clean and updated. Comfy bed. The lady that ran the breakfast area was super! Very friendly and accommodating. The rug in our room needs to be replaced. It’s icky. Also, room service posted that they were coming by every other day, but they never came.

The carpet was stained and pretty gross. The toilet paper holder fell apart. The door into the room would not seal, air could be seen. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. The toilet was so low it was painful to sit down and get up.

We were only there for one night. I was unaware there was a mountain view. I wish I had taken the time to explore the hotel. There was a low pitch humming sound in the room the entire stay. I didn't make the front desk aware. They may have been able to address it.
