The price point for the rooms does not align with the condition of the hotel. At $680 per night, I would have expected the A/C to work, the south elevators to function properly, the coffee machines to work (we had to go up 2 floors to find a machine that worked since coffee in the rooms wasn’t an option), my room to have been ready for a 4pm check-in and ice machines to have been readily accessible. While the staff was friendly, the issues mentioned above coupled with a very high room rate leaves me with encouraging future travelers to look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was recently renovated and very accommodating! The staff throughout were always pleasant and helpful. The property also offered a perfect view of Lake Champlain! Highly recommend!

This is a one & done hotel. I thought that when it said renovated that someone new bought it. It is the same ineffecient hotel it always was with a bandaid put on it. Mattress was hard as rocks- thought I was going to fall off of bed. You can still hear all of the other rooms & dogs barking. Tub was peeling, bathroom floor was filthy & all corners had filth in them. Shower curtain was wrinked. Condensation from windows was on the glass, sill & dripping on dark grey carpet. Paint is chipping. Exhaust fan in bathroom does not work and this is a violation of the city's code. Housekeeper sitting on floor in hallway charging her phone. Front desk staff with dark hair & accent was rude & rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Homeless sleeping in parking garage. The resort fee is ridiculous because this is not a resort. Hilton should inspect this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location of Burlington. It was an easy walk to anything around downtown. The hotel was really noisy. The elevator sounds would begin at 5 AM. It was loud and you could hear conversations anywhere on the floor. I would consider staying somewhere else when I return. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The hotel needs some updates but overall outside of the noise comfortable.
