Hi, I wanted to share my feedback about our stay. My family and I chose this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The pool room was freezing and, to make matters worse, the pool water was cold too. Hopefully, you can look into adjusting the temperature for future guests.
