The person who checked me in was wonderful. Very friendly and personable and gave me a great recommendation for dinner. Love this hotel and will definitely come back. Just wish you had more than oatmeal as a vegan breakfast option. But really appreciate the oat/almond milk options for coffee.

The Hotel Vermont has a great location, is within walking distance from dowtown and lake Champlain area. The hotel is very nice and has a coffee station on each floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is nice but we recommend making a reservation.

Staff was helpful. Answered any questions we had. Helped with our luggage on the last day because we had a late bus schedule. Morning breakfast server for carry outs ( she was working behind the bar) seemed a bit rushed and inconvenienced with my take out order. I wish they had a server on patio to avoid always getting up to order and get your own drinks. Evening bartenders were fun and engaging.
