The hotel room was very nice and clean. The only negative was that the air conditioner made the room too cold, and we ended up resorting to turning it off completely. It was very quiet, and comfortable. The complimentary meal in the morning was very good, but the limited space made it difficult to eat comfortably. The tables were very close together which made it difficult to move easily around the room. Other than a few minor inconveniences, we had a very nice stay.

Only observation - stayed night because of early departure for airport. Asked for a "go bag" with a muffin and piece of fruit for the following morning since we would be leaving substantially before breakfast opened. Was told this was not an option. We have received this type of service from other hotels - would be a nice addition to this business.

Staff were fine, breakfast was good but the hallway and room smelled SO bad when we arrived- maybe someone was cooking Indian food somewhere in the building (?) It was STRONG :/ the room had super soft beds with an obvious non-breathable rubber mattress pad. The overall effect felt gross— and the noisy air con could never really keep up. Wish we stayed elsewhere. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, staff was nice and the bathroom appeared to be renovated.

Had to change rooms. AC wasn't working. And no bed linen in room for pullout bed even though room booked for 3 people. Friendly staff helped right away, though. Can get crowded at breakfast
