Low budget, bad side of town.

Don't let the photos on the site fool you, this is a very low-budget "hotel" - more like a motel. The staff is nice, but the building and the surrounding area were horrendous. Not anywhere near enough parking, and this side of town is filled with homeless/drug addicts. I was approached twice in the same night in the parking lot by people asking for money. The rooms are outward-facing, the locks don't work, and there were stains throughout. Looks like the property owners took an old, dilapidated "Super-8" motel, and tried to make it better with a new name and some paint. Not a $200+ per night hotel by far.

The staff at the desk was really friendly. There was a large pink stain on the hotel floor. We also found hairs in the bedding.

I booked a king bed room with a balcony. I didn’t realize there were no elevators. The receptionist switched it to a wheelchair accessible room with no questions asked! I’m in a wheelchair. My husband and I were very impressed

This is a motel that has had some renovations. Staff in lobby were nice, but we paid for a room that was larger (2 queen beds and pull out couch with 50% larger square footage than normal sized room) and we got a normal room with two double beds. I was told that type of room was not available. Disappointed as I paid a higher price for nothing.
