Avoid if at all possible.

Most of the hotel seemed to be 'out of order'. The indoor pool is closed with furniture piled in the room, the only available room was on the second floor with no elevator, we booked a room with a king sized bed and the bathroom was unusable. We were switched to a room with a queen sized bed but refused a partial refund when requested.

Room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one chair and the air conditioner, while it worked well, was ridiculously noisy. It was okay for a one night stay, but one would want a bigger room if you were staying longer.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom needs new the old caulking replaced around the tub shower . The sink was missing the drain stopper and something could be dropped down the drain. The bed was very comfortable. I would probably stay there again.

Don’t ruffle my feathers!

Excellent check in staff makes the best of an unfortunate situation. She was up front about informing potential guests of the temporary lack of hot water. She took the rude comments of some people in stride - keeping a positive attitude.

We were told at check in (around 8pm) that the property had no hot water and it wouldn’t be repaired in the next 12 hours. They offered us a refund but there were no other hotels available in Burlington and our children needed to go to bed. They also would not provide a discount because we booked through Expedia. I found this unacceptable.

There was no hot water at the hotel. I was told it would be up and running for my 2nd day so I stayed. I waa not able to take a shower while I waa there. Other hotels in town were charging over $200 per night, which was not in my budget so I was stuck here

We didn’t stay because their boiler broke and they had no hot water. She said she would give us a full refund but it has to come through Hotels.com. We had to get a hotel down the road and expect to get a full refund on these rooms.
