The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa.

İki ayrı 3er kişilik oda rezervasyonu yapmıştık. Giriş vs işlemleri hızlıydı. Merkezi konumda olması çok iyi ancak otopark yok caddelerde yer bulursanız araç çekebilirsiniz. Odaların biri rezaletti, duşakabin kapısı kırıktı ve banyo kapısı tam kapanmıyordu. Banyolardan gelen koku dayanılmaz kötüydü. Ancak bizi en rahatsız eden durum odaların birinde sigara içilmişti ve koku her şeye sinmişti. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi. Yatakları konforluydu ancak temizlik konusunda biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Fiyat açısından uygun, konumu da iyi ancak uzun süreli olsa konaklamayı tercih etmezdim.

Maalesef oda kirliydi özellikle yerler simsiyahtı, banyo da yerler ıslaktı odaya girip yaptığımız da . Banyo bölümünden maalesef kötü koku geliyordu. Tavanlarda sadece alçı çekilip boya yapışmamıştı. Misafirler için tek kullanımlık dış fırçası ve macunu yoktu. Açık büfe kahvaltı yanlış bilgilendirme olmuş maalesef 3 gün boyunca hiç kahvaltı yapamadık daha kahvaltının bitmesine 1 saat olmasına rağmen indiğimiz de büfe boştu ve başındaki görevli tamamlamıyordu. Personelin üniforması yok kendi günlük özel kıyafetleri ile hizmet veriyorlar .Biz sadece uyumak için kullandık, hizmet bir otel değilde pansiyon hizmeti gibiydi
