Dated unclean room

We were staying at this hotel as we had been invited there for an evening doo for my friends wedding. We were quite disappointed from the start. On arrival we were told that we had to pay extra for the use of the pool, which we were unaware of, as online it states the hotel has 2 pools. Turns out these are not site, so are at an extra cost. When we arrived at our room, it was the furthest away and quite a walk from reception. The room was very dated & smelt damp when we entered. The furniture was very well worn, The carpet was very old and dirty, including rubbish left on the floor. The pillows were very thin, we had to ask for extra, meaning I slept with 4 pillows. The radiators didn’t work so no way of drying our towels if we had wanted more than one shower. The toilet paper was extremely thin, meaning more than normal was needed to be used. The shower leaked all over the floor every time it was used, due to the shower screen not fitting correctly. The bath panel was also very dirty and not fitted correctly. There was snot left on the wall, which is disgusting & the bathroom door handle was also dirty and not even cleaned after house keeping had been in on the 2nd day. My friends were in rooms further down the corridor and they were very modern, unlike ours.
