Subject: Complaint Regarding Disturbance During Stay – 4th–5th October
Dear Village Hotel Bury Team,
I’m writing to raise a formal complaint about my stay at your hotel on the night of 4th–5th October.
Throughout the night, there was loud music, shouting, and arguments continuing until around 2:30 a.m., along with things being thrown around in nearby rooms. It was impossible to get any proper rest.
I chose Village over Premier Inn expecting a higher standard and a comfortable night’s stay, but I’m genuinely appalled by the level of noise and the lack of control over guest behaviour. I spent more for what I thought would be a quality experience, yet it turned out to be far worse than budget accommodation.
I’d appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know what steps will be taken to address it, as well as whether any form of compensation will be offered for such a disrupted stay.
