Great property with modern amenities. Excellent location right by subway line. Clean and professional. Wish they could give out more hangers in the room since they have closet space. 24/7 Laundry shop behind the property is convenient for us. Lotte world shopping center next door is great for grabbing a bite or dessert. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would recommend to my friends!

Very good hotel
Great rooms with lovely toiletries. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was not good (for western taste). Lovely cafe on first floor serving delicious coffee, cakes, pastries and sandwiches. Very good location just beside Lotte department store and five minutes from metro.

No issues, it was nicer than my hotel in Seoul. There was some street noise because of a car/bike with a particularly loud exhaust going back and forth, but again, not as bad as Seoul

Hotel was great. In a good location not far from the metro and Lotte mall. Seomyeon street is very close for street food options and shopping. Buffett breakfast was great with lots of options. Would star here again

Anniversary tour
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had a laundry cabinet which meant clothes could be laundered and dried in under an hour, all at no charge. Location was good for getting to tourist attractions.
