The room itself was very clean, though I did notice some red spots on the balcony that gave the impression it hadn’t been properly maintained. On the positive side, the staff were consistently friendly and ensured my room was cleaned daily, which I appreciated. For the price I paid, however, I was surprised that the hotel did not provide room slippers. Instead, I had to purchase a pair from the vending machine downstairs, which was frustrating as the machine kept giving error messages and wasted quite a bit of time. The hotel did provide shower slippers, but I felt basic room slippers should have been included.

A great stay for our night in Busan! It’s 5 mins walk from the main promenade and the beach. Lovely views of the seas as our room was pretty high up! Staff were good with answering questions and helping out!

I didn't like the fact it didn't have spoons. I also didn't like the fact there was no creamer or sugar in the room for your coffee. Everything else was great.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious, if a bit sparse. Just the very bare basics in terms of amenities. There’s a large kitchenette but no utensils so I’m not sure how you’d use it. It was clean, but not spotless. There were some stains on the curtains and the floors felt a bit gritty. Maybe sand from the beach? Staff were pleasant and helpful, however, I was surprised that they didn’t seem to have any knowledge of Korean restaurants in the area beyond the food market. There must be a lot of good restaurants in the area but that was the only suggestion …. Location is wonderful, very easy to get around. I’d probably stay again due to the location, but would research Korean restaurants in the area in advance next time. Mostly just tourist type pizza places and so forth around there that I could see. Not really my thing Anyway, overall, perfectly good place to stay

An overnight stay is not enough. Wished we had stayed longer. The place is close to the tourist attractions and it is also walking distance from the mall and shopping places. There is also a night market close to the hotel, which we enjoyed the most. Will definitely go back here.

Good location but very basic amnesties. There was no secure way to store luggage at the lobby which was a big inconvenience…they would put the luggage out in the open, accessible to anyone who enters the building (only camera surveillance). Bring your own slippers, or you’ll have to buy them at a vending machine.We were 3 adults and we only got 2 bath towels (ridiculous). The facilities were more like apartments then normal hotel.
