The hotel itself is great. Convenient location, clean, reasonably priced, and pretty nice.
The issue is that check in is managed via kiosk, and there are no hotel staff available to assist with issues. When booking through Expedia, I was given an expedia specific confirmation #. When checking in through the kiosk, this confirmation number did not allow me to complete check in. The check in sign directed me to call a phone number; however, I was unable to call that number, as I do not have a local phone plan. Additionally, I was supposed to be texted my check in information, but I did not receive this text.
I eventually used the cafe's phone to call the help line, and they were able to assist me in checking in.
Ultimately, the check in process would have been smooth if I had booked directly, instead of going through expedia. I would recommend this hotel, but I wanted to call out this issue.
