Very spacious rooms with clean beds and bathroom. Amenities from thw fridge and water boiler is nice and appreciate the clean towels and clearing out the garbage. I can't give a 5 star review as the AC unit of our first room that was assigned to us was covered in mold. It felt very uncomfortable being in a humid room with AC blowing out mold spores. Appreciate the staff to quickly assign us a new room in which we confirmed was not covered in mold. Some stains and markings on the wall and ceiling but overall we enjoyed our stay after we were able to get a new room.

Above and beyond customer service

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Their customer service is what really won me over. Their staff went above and beyond to locate my cell phone that I had accidentally dropped in an Uber. I was worried that I had lost my phone forever but their staff tracked it down and I was reunited with my phone the next day. They called a cab company on my behalf and gave them directions to the police station where my phone was eventually taken by the Uber driver the night before. I truly appreciate what they did and I will always remember their service.
