This was an excellent hotel for a one night stay in Busan. Navigating to the hotel was initially tricky, as the check in desk is located on a second floor. But the hotel staff was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. The room was exactly as expected: clean, no smells, no noise, comfortable beds, and beautiful view of the ocean. Great location in regards to transportation and attractions. If you are planning to go to Busan Haeundae X The Sky, you can see the hotel from the top! I would happily stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend.

The hotels in a great location barely a 5 minute walk to the beach and with hundreds of dining and shopping nearby on the main shopping street. plenty of transport links nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredible hospitality of the staff, especially Nayong Kong and Top Choi. Their warm and welcoming approach made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were always ready to help with a smile. It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention in hotel staff, and I truly felt valued as a guest. Every interaction left me feeling happy and well taken care of. The only small problem is that toilet wooden door in the room are peeling off.

해운대 바닷가 앞이라 오션뷰도 넘 좋았고 횡단보도만 건너면 바로 해운대 바닷가라 넘 편하거 좋았어요. 광안리도 좋지만 여유있게 바닷가 잘 즐기려면 신라호텔이 더 좋은듯합니다. 데스트에 박현수 매니저님이 특히나 친절하셔서 즐겁게 머물다 옵니다.

Good walking location to Haeundae beach - quiet enough to sleep through the night. 24 hour convenience store right on the bottom floor of the hotel was awesome. Easy check in and check out, hotel room was clean. The laundry room only has 2 dryers and 2 washers, so you might have to wait a bit if you're planning to use it around night time.
