We've stayed here multiple times at this point. The location right on Haeundae Beach, walkable to so much activity, such as fresh seafood and more at the Haeundae Market and access to the sky capsule/train at Blue Line Park, is unbeatable. Moreover, the service (shout out to Harley in particular!) is what has brought us back twice in 2 years, with his great personal recommendations for restaurants and what to do in the area. This trip, Harley took the time to help us book an airport van for our large group and assisted in ensuring the best rooms for our stay. But it was even after our stay that the service stood out. My husband had left some personal belongings, and Harley made sure they were found and dispatched quickly to our next hotel in Seoul. When the package came, it included our child's item as well, which we hadn't even realized was missing! Thank you to Harley and team for taking care of us. We'll look forward to our next stay!

The hotel was quite nice right on the beach, but our room looked out on some very noisy. construction which started early in the day and continued until late afternoon. We were there for four nights and I believe the hotel should have given a discount because of this very disruptive work. Other than that I would recommend staying here. The room and beds were quite comfortable and there is a great little park with a walking path right next door.
