Everything was great except for the elevator game. Annoying that each elevator is controlled by its own button, so everyone presses all the buttons and thus the elevators ended up stopping at so many floors. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise comfortable and affordable stay. The lockers for your luggage before and after check in is secure and convenient

The location is awesome, it’s right next to the Haeundae, walkable to the beach and food street. I chose the ocean view room and it’s so gorgeous. However, if you choose room cleaning, they will be cleaning from 10 AM- 3 PM and won’t suggest you stay in the room. Also one staff I talked to wasn’t helpful, when I asked her if she could give me some water, she pointed at the vending machine and asked me to purchase it, while I literally saw the water fountain was 10 meters away.

All the front desk staffs were always nice, friendly and helpful. We loved the location, and the complimentary breakfast the offered was really nice to have. The rooms were a bit smaller side and compact but their location, price and complimentary breakfast made it all up. We’d definitely go back next time in Busan.

My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome! If you like the traditional Korean breakfast this is the place to go…if you are looking for a continental breakfast like in USA maybe you can skip it.
