The staff were not particularly friendly and could have been more helpful, especially knowing I’m a foreigner. It would have been nice if someone had explained that the elevator operates by even and odd floors. The room itself was fine for the price, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was extremely hard and uneven, and I could feel the springs pressing through. I kept waking up throughout the night and barely got any rest. By morning, my back was sore and stiff, and it made it almost impossible to adjust to the time difference or have the energy to explore the city. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and attentive. I especially appreciated the gentleman who helped me get a taxi; that small act of kindness truly stood out and made a difference in my stay.

I like the location of the place since it's really close to Busan station. The bed was comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water in the room and more with towel change which is nice. Staff did their job but nothing above and beyond. My biggest issue is that the bathroom was not clean. There were strands of long hair everywhere from the sink, mirror, wall and tub. It's clear that they didn't bother to check if it was clean or looked after.

The hotel staff were not very proficient in English, which made communication somewhat challenging. The check-in time was excessively late at 4:00 PM, while the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. The breakfast hours were rather limited, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and guests were asked to leave the café immediately after 9:00 AM. Additionally, there were insufficient pillows in the room, and when I requested more, the staff instructed me to collect them from the reception myself.
