The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was all very nice and attentive. The location was not the best but there isn't a lot in New Castle.

Had fun and got business done!

Stay was nice, room was clean. Mattress I could feel the springs. Pillows were annoying. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but wanted just plain scrambled eggs and they only have frittata...not good for sensitive stomach people. Options were limited for people with food sensitivity. Potatoes were cold and the sausage was too but it was cooked. Business suite was nice other than the toner was low so all my prints were smudgy. 3am screaming in the hallway jerked us all awake. Pool was nice. Coffee bar was nice too!! Not the worst place we ever stayed but there's been ones who scored higher in our days. Best hotel after the Covid era.

The hotel is clean and my room was very comfortable. Not a fancy hotel but very nice. I slept so well in my bed. The staff is wonderful and very helpful! The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of foods to eat. I received text messages during my stay from staff checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in need of anything. This is a dog friendly hotel and we were able to take our beloved fur baby with us on our trip because Hampton Inn accomodates dogs! I was very pleased with my stay and always look for Hampton Inn and Suites whenever I travel! I recommend this hotel as well as the company who really seems to care about customer service and their patrons!
