Excellent service, slightly outdated but CLEAN! No musty, old or bad smells. Carpet is not old. I have a thing about smells.. I would def recommend and stay here again and I normally stay at Hamptons!

Staff was extremely nice which it seems is so hard to find anymore. To me first impressions mean the world. The first encounter you have when going to your hotel is the front desk personnel. So friendly and inviting. The room was very clean, A/C worked great, bed was comfortable, frig was cold, and TV worked great. I am very picky and I had no complaints. I know a few reviews said the rooms were outdated but honestly I would rather walk into a room and smell the clean vs seeing a new chair or desk. even though there is no elevators to get to the second floor, its not as bad as the reviews say. You go up 5 steps to a platform, then go up 5 more. Not bad at all. Overall I was very pleased and the comp breakfast was good also.

Staff from the front desk to the maids are all so sweet and personable. Breakfast each morning served was good with different choices and great coffee. Room was clean and very quiet. There is a grocery store that you can walk through by going out through the back door, so that was very convenient and a laundry mat 2 minutes away. There is 1 washer and 1 dryer but the dryer takes forever and a line started for the washer. It was less expensive and very quick to use the laundry mat down the street. I would definitely stay here again!
