The front desk lady’s couldn’t help me I couldn’t get extra towels there were no pool towels the hot tub had dirt all around it someone literally wrote there name in the filth ! My room was dirty under bed and had a stain on the carpet ! Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7 didn’t open till 8 and they closed at 9 and the elevators were both broke so had to walk up and down the steps ! Also the people who work there take there kids to work with them !

Very clean.

The stay was great from check-in to checkout. Did NOT love that the elevator was out & we were on 2nd floor. Things happen. Besides that, a few minor maintenance things was the only thing needed. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean.

You could tell this place was cool 20 years ago. The lady at the front desk puts forth a nice effort and is kind. The bartender is nice. Beyond that. This place should be quarantined. It’s filthy. Outdated in every possible way. This was our second stay simply because it is the most convenient place to stay for race weekends. But the carpet is gross in the hallways. Like crack house nasty. The walls are worse. The lobby is beat down , the restaurant /bar would be fun at a campground but it is not acceptable for a hotel stay. This chain should be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately we will stay here again as it is the only option next to super 8 and other drug and prostitution facilities.

Do not ever stay at this hotel. Visible Black mold and holes in ceilings, mold on curtains, soap scum, mold, and hair in showers, unvaccuumed dirty rugs, rotten hot tub area. Staff and their families and friends lived at the hotel and let their kids run wild and lay all over lobby furniture with dirty bare feet. Staff did not know how to work the computer for check in. Rooms were not cleaned. Halls smelled rotten. Broken down cars with flat tires in the parking lot. Uncut grass. Place looked abandoned. Feared for safety walking from the car to hotel at knight with questionable staff and their friends roaming around/smoking in the parking. Elevator slipped at one point and thought we would be trapped. Felt like I was in a movie. Tried to find another hotel to stay that night in but there weren’t any available and I was from out of state. Considered sleeping in my car. Did not use the shower. I could go on and on. Do not stay here.

Will not stay again.

The hotel needs a redo. The beds were comfortable, but towels and sheets were only scheduled to be changed every 3 days unless asked. The showers had half glass and made a huge mess/slip hazard on the tile floor. The bar/restaurant was ok the food was good but the service was below average. Looked like the waitress/bartender was more worried about being on social media than service. The big issue for me was the pool. We specifically booked this hotel so family could enjoy the pool after a day of riding. The pool was taken over by a bunch of screaming/rough housing kids that were not even guests of the hotel. 2 people rented a room and 20+ people came in for some kind of party and took over the pool. Management was told by another lady that had the same problem but nothing was done.

Very old and in need of many repairs, not worth the cost! Toilet would not flush at times, broken bathroom door, missing 1/2 glass shower door, shower curtain to replace missing door was 6 “ off ground. Spider webs hanging from ceiling. Man sleeping on lobby bench with sheet over his face. Parking lot not kept, weeds. Never again.

Horrible experience, would not recommend. Got to our room and unloaded everything got ready for bed and found used adult toys laying between the bed and night stand. Went to the front desk and showed them, gave us a worse room I paid for a large single bed suite. They gave us a 2 twin bed room for me and my wife with no refund. New room was even dirtier. Pool has algae growing on the walls. My door did not mechanically lock, only electronically. Absolutely disgusting. Place would be super nice if it was taken care of and cleaned…
