Property was not very clean, water took forever to get hot in the shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Called for service but never came. Wait staff in the bar was terrible. Overall not pleased. Have stayed there before but it has declined.

Christine & front desk staff Saturday & Sunday, September 28 & 29th were very kind & accommodating. Our 3rd fl room & bed was very comfortable & clean. We wish the outside parking lot wasn’t so terrible with many potholes. Need more lights in breakfast area as too dark & lights burnt out! Nice stay, thank you! Marilyn from Va use to live in Koppel!

Room was dated but comfortable. Could use larger pillows. I know hotels have switched to the marshmallow suze pillow but i do t understand why. Pool was great area. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Place is a dump. Super outdated. Was once a super nice place but needs a full remodel. Cost per night is insane for what you get. Mattress cover was stained terribly. Sheets were clean.

Price and the only thing i didnt like was the bar ran out of certain liquor, and certain bottles of beer the staff at the hotel and bar were excellent.

My room was next to the pool which was open until 11 PM! Very noisy! When the pool closed, people sat around a table outside my room until midnight one night! Hard to sleep.Pool should close no later than 10. Parking lot is huge and pavement is crumbling.No landscaping to speak of. Not attractive. In fact, my first impression was of a haunted hotel, so barren looking. The view from parking lot is of a rusting, unused bridge.Mu bed had no undercarriage.It was low to the ground, like an air mattress almost.Hardly ever saw staff.Didn'y know breakfast was served. No mention of it by anyone or no sign except one in chalk which pointed the wrong way. Road leading to hotel was crumbling. Hard to find road amidst construction.
