Cavernous property, lift, no elevator, mediocre room very far from lobby. Guest woke us up screaming in hallway at 3:15 am, the police were called, guest was arrested. I was not able to fall asleep until 6 am. We should be credited for a might.

Staff did not update pool was out of service a made the point of “well it would close in an hour anyways”.. the blinds let all the bright light through. Your back will need their wellness center after sleeping on the beds. There was no body wash, only shampoo.

Nothing much to complain about, except for the fact that our room was never cleaned in our 3-night stay. I reported it to the front desk, but was told because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, that the cleaning crew did not enter the room. I think that's unacceptable: Two women staying in an hotel should be able to put that sign on the door, but it was removed once we left the room. Cleaning service should not be only in the early morning. Everyone is on a different schedule. If the cleaning people see the sign is removed, that's your invitation to come into the room and clean and replace towels, coffee, etc.
