Wifi was excellent here, beds comfy and plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast was really good, hot breakfast with eggs and sausage, also pancakes available. Easy check in and welcoming staff.

It was a good clean basic traveler room. No complaints. There was a group of drunk construction workers being loud and boisterous until around 10:30 then I think the manager came out and told them to go to bed. The walls are thin and I could hear people pulling their suitcases through the crunchy snow,

The pool was about 2 feet low on water, no towels were available, there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the restroom and the front desk person said they were out of towels. We didn't even have enough for our room.

This is going on my list of where not to stay in the future. We booked two rooms for a wrestling tournament. Three if the four rooms assigned when we checked in at 3:15 pm were not clean. The continental breakfast was minimal - hope you like cereal - and their signature pancake machine was broken. The pool was only half full the second night and there were no towels to be had - no extra bath towels and no pool towels. Another in our party booked what they were told was a single king and got a single full instead at a single king price. The service was severely lacking. The room had its own challenges but was sufficient other than the lack of clean towels - we were shorted one. The best thing about this hotel was the chocolate chip cookies offered at the front desk and fact that Dickies BBQ was within walking distance.

People manning the front desk did not say welcome how may we help you? They were unprofessional. The room smelled bad, it had no privacy please tag, the soap dispenser by the sink was out of soap, the light on the desk was unplugged, the bedside table was not wiped off.

Efficient and welcoming night staff, handicap parking was very convenient, elevator offered so I didn't have to ask or seek. Price very good for a large room, fridge, MW Easy to get to from I90.

The first night there we had an issue with the room/ hall and elevator smelling very strongly of marijuana smoke. We did twll the front desk and by the next day rhe smell was gone. We were there as a family for wrestling tournaments

Don’t pick this hotel!

It wasn’t until we went to get in bed that we notice matted hairs (plural) in the sheets and crumbs. Obviously not clean sheets. They gave us a different room only to find food left in the fridge from who knows when.

The stay was fine, the clerk was having issues with the paperwork and the printer wasnt doing what she needed. Still waiting for our collector stamp ! Breajfast was good with reasonable amount of both hot and cold choices.
