We had a lively room that we appreciated very much. All the staff were friendly . We do have a complaint about housekeeping. Our room was barely serviced during our stay. They changed towels, but did not replenish any supplies or clean anything. I went to the front desk for soap, toilet paper, cups etc. the service was very late in the afternoon. One day we we t down at 6pm to request service

While I very much appreciate the gentleman who checked us in allowing me to park in front of the door it appears your parking lost is in need of a redesign. Hotel staff were kind and welcoming and product was as expected

I have stayed here many times over the past few years on my trips to my former home in Red Lodge, Montana and to visit relatives I have always been pleased and comfortable with my stay! A fair price for a nice bed and a safe place. It also has a gorgeous view of the mountains. I highly recommend this hotel!

I always wish there was more gluten free options for breakfast , but they had hard boiled eggs and yogurt. And i always travel prepared with my protein shake. I felt the staff was nice and the lady in the breakfast area stopped to tell my kids a story about the birds making a nest. The late check in process was super easy too. I feel most places we have done a late check in seemed to be very difficult.

This place is awful. Maybe a one star if I was feeling generous. I had a pet friendly room and it smelled terrible. The whole floor did. I thought it was due to the pets but the whole hotel smelled. The heat and cooling unit didn’t work properly and it took 15 minutes of running water to get it sort of hot. I wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi in spite of following the strange instructions. I don’t expect a lot from this type of hotel but it could at least be clean. I’ll look elsewhere next time.
