Rooms were alright. The area seemed sketchy. While waiting to check in 4 other people were at the desk making complaints. Breakfast in the morning was a terrible experience over all. What little food was being brought out was being fought over by the guests because it was a nightmare waiting for more to come out. Not worth the price in my opinion.

I have never had a more unsettling stay in a hotel. From the poorly lit hallways that went on forever and offered a new weird smell every 10 feet, to the open window with no screen in our room, to the bloodstains on our mattress, I can say I am fully turned off from ever visiting Butte ever again; and even more turned off from this hotel. Also, almost every breakfast item offered was strangely wet? Would recommend staying in Anaconda instead

I am appalled by the conditions at this hotel. The bathroom was a health hazard. Moldy grout lined the tiles, and the overall cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The carpets were covered in dirt and grime, and it was evident that no proper cleaning had been done in a long time. I’m concerned about the potential health risks associated with staying in such a dirty environment. This hotel should be ashamed to call itself a place of lodging. I strongly advise others to avoid this disgusting establishment. I checked in and out with 20 minutes. Just couldn't allow my family to stay there. They charged me a no-show fee even though I showed up, and their facility was not up to snuff. The manager wouldn't refund me, said it was company policy. Also, couldn't show me said policy. They tried to give me another 3 rooms, but they hadn't been cleaned since the last person checked out.

An individual tried to unlock our door at 4:30AM. They used their card to try and unlatch the safety lock. I woke up and closed the door, and said this is the wrong room. I found out later, that AM, the room was posted as a no show. Very weird and confusing.

Took five trips to the front desk before we got a key that actually worked. After the third time, we found housekeeping to let us in to get unloaded. Was told it was a battery issue and that the locks needed upgraded.
