The room decor is fabulously appointed. Very approximate for its surroundings. Natural live edge furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the television didn’t connect to the internet.

The amenities were lacking. The "secure" door did not close without being yanked shut. The sheets were stiff and smelled strongly of bleach. The beds squeaked loudly every time you moved. There were no channel listings for the TV - had to surf through hundreds of channels. We checked out 2 days early. However, the staff were very polite and friendly.

Stay was nice. Stay smoked and the smell lingered in the hallway. We tried three rooms and all of them smelled like fresh paint or some other odour. Bathroom caulking is nasty. Toilet broken.

Only decent thing was the gentleman at the front desk. He did what he could to help everyone and their complaints (and while checking in, there were many for multiple people!). Room was fine, nothing special. Had another room a few days later and it reeked of smoke. Immediately got a new room. Halls smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Everything just seemed dirty, even though they are in the middle of remodeling. The random girl sitting behind the desk, not sure if she works there, but asking questions to customers was odd. No towels! Was told it would be hours until there would be any available. That’s unacceptable. I think the guy did what he could, but there is so much room for improvement.

Check in was AMAZING! The staff was quick and kind. He made sure we had two rooms next to each other. The bathrooms are dated and in 1 room the bed squeaked so loud it woke me up a few times through the night. The bathroom door in the same room did not secure close. We were across from the ice machines and there was a man banging on the machine through the night. In the morning we were up 4hrs before check out. As we were getting ready to leave a gentlemen walked in (I was changing) to clean the room “oops I thought you checked out” and then left. Needless to say I’m exhausted due to poor sleep quality and wouldn’t return. Which is unfortunate as the gentleman working that night was quite nice and made checking in a breeze.

The reservation was for a king size, staff stated they didn't have a king size and doesn't no why the third party keep booking this option, while he is trying to get me figured out the other staff member stood there chomping down her fried chicken like it was her last meal. Got up to my room and the beds were pieced together with mismatched box springs and frames if you want to call it that. They were basically three different types of box springs and the mattress, one bed was very lumpy and you could feel every spring the other one was very hard. There was dog hair all over the sides of the beds. The hotel smelled horribly of Marijuana. The furniture pieces in the room were beautiful wood pieces. I had to say something nice.

It’s a bar/ casino. Not kid friendly. Pool is gross and smells of smoke. First room we had had sand or crumbs on the sheets so we asked for new ones were just give a new room.

We had a terrible experience. Check in was good that staff memeber (the only man we encountered was great service) No shampoo/soap. Fridge didnt work, only 2 towels and when we needed more there was none. Pool was dirty/ the pool seating area dirty. The whole facility was very dirty, it looked to be under constructions? Carpet, ripped up on the stairways. Lots of tweakers around the building outside. We did not feel safe, leaving our car parked outside. My husband also got approached by two women who seemed to be hookers, and asked him if he wanted to party... No thank you. We left and requested a refund.

Friendly staff. Convenient location. I was "upgraded" to a double queen room from a double king room because they didnt have anymore double kings left. Reservations made for 3 adults & 1 child. Only enough towels for 2 people. Had to use the towels to clean up the water from the shower that ran out of the bathroom and nearly into the conjoined room. Asked for room serve to only clean floors & replace towels. Came back to the room after a long day at baseball tournaments to no towels and was basically told sorry about your luck. Thick layer of dust on back of chairs and also around the the microwave & mini refrigerator (3 pills are also next to the fridge covered in dust).

It's run down and R&M is being done by very inexperienced or just plain cheap labor that sort of makes it as they go. I've got pictures but no way to upload them in this review. The bar is very nice though and the staff is great. I'll go back to the bar, but I'll stay somewhere else next time I need a place to stay in town.
