Did not rate pool since it was not in service. I would of given a better rating if housekeeping had made a little more effort in cleaning the room ie: sweep and mop the floor, mirror was dirty, sticky stuff on the desk...basic cleaning! the toilet even needed flushing when I entered the room so obviously that wasn't cleaned either. Otherwise I think you have a good thing here and I would stay again if you could bring your basic cleaning standards up.

Front desk older gentleman was unresponsive and not helpful at all. Room clean enough, but daily extra tasks could really help. Like dirty handprints on the bathroom walls, paint scuffed in bedroom. Wouldn’t take much effort or cost. No breakfast. I doubt if the pool is ever open. It’s a sad place. But clean enough The bar/casino was good! Bartender was kind and personable, and good price. Florence coffee company around the corner was awesome. Good coffee. Really nice staff.

Rooms are horrible. Very unsanitary. Bathroom looked like it was missed by cleaning staff. Pet hair and prints on the beds. Room is very cold and smells like something died. First time with the cheaper room and definitely won’t do the cheap option again.

They let us check in early and late that was cool. The floors and the bathroom were kind of gross and the pool was closed. The only reason we chose there was for the pool.

The room was disgusting. The toilet had buildup from weeks on weeks of non cleaning. There was hair all over the toilet and shower. The bathroom sink clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was a left over chew can sitting on the post of the bed. Horrible horrible experience.

Pool was closed due to chemical shock. No shampoo in the room - had to ask for a small tube. Facility is tired, but clean and certainly acceptable for a quick night in the road. Really appreciated the ‘free pet’ stay and will use that feature again.
