If you need staff support be prepared to wait, I had a technical issue between my booking sight and the hotel and the front desk guy spent the whole time on speaker phone on a personal call and kept disappearing to the back for a majority of the issue. Quick access to the highway great trucker hotel.

The man at the desk was so nice. He gave us a complimentary upgrade because I had mistakenly booked the wrong room. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was subpar. Plenty of parking. Great location for being near Butte

We mostly dealt with Neel. He was very service oriented, friendly, welcoming, efficient and helpful. We were so tired from. Many hours of driving and his kind manner and service were so refreshing. The hotel was spacious, and comfortable . The bed worked well for my husband who usually has trouble with his back. It was a great experience! Thank you!

Don’t stay at this hotel, it is in very bad shape, smells like smoke as soon as you come in and is not very clean. The attendant didn’t smile once and was very rude.

The hotel was evidently sold out, so I'm thankful I got a room, even though I had booked a month prior. The front desk attendant was great and super respectful. My room was clean and the bed was awesome. My room didn't have a television, although there was a remote for one. The bathroom had a bathtub (yay!) but no working lights. In the morning, the house keeper didn't knock or announce herself, she just opened my door, and I was literally just getting out of the tub.

In desparate need of repair--roof and siding. Room appeared clean but public areas were not. Room very basic. Not sure why it got an Excellent rating. Fire alarm went off at 10 pm. 2 people were able to engage the door lock with their key cards. Fortunately, we had the dead bolt on.

If you just need a room then you’re fine. Bedsheets had stains and hair the AC leaked in to the room beds were two different cheap mattresses my kids push the bed and the floor was discussing breakfast cereal no milk waffle mix was too watery to make an ok waffle . When I 1st walked in the man working the front desk was on the phone in the middle of the hall and after standing for about 30-45 seconds at the counter he looked and finally ended the call. Like I said if you just need a roof over your head this is great.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly when they were available. Was not provided towels, had to find a staff member to onky get one towel. Outside needs to be painted. Overall, i would stay here again if it were just to lay down for one night. Bringnyour own hair dryer.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. There was a $20 pet fee that I was unaware of that I had to pay upon check in. It smelled of cigarettes and the maintenance/upkeep of the room was lacking.
