My last minute stay

My stay was very decent for being last minute and for being a lower end hotel. The staff was incredible and the food was good at breakfast. Bed was ok, pillows were comfy. Definitely needs repairs in the room though.

It was close to the hwy. But carpet was dirty, sink mirror was falling off the wall and wooden corner bead had been knocked off and metal corner bead exposed with wooden trim sitting in corner behind the door. Super 8’s are always hit or miss…but we had a decent bed to sleep in

They have my room to somebody else

We arrived at about 10pm after a long day of travel only to learn that the gal at the front desk gave our room (reservation) to somebody else. This was a room booked through Hotels.com. she admitted she made a big mistake but said the only way we could stay there is to buy another room from them. I asked for management and she said she was not going to bother the manager at home. So in the end, somebody got a free room and we had to purchase another one. I'm a gold member and i still can't get help in a reasonable time frame. I guess i should start using another app to book rooms.

Just okay.

Our 2 night stay was okay. The bed was comfortable, front desk friendly but the bathroom needed updating as well as carpeting throughout. Our tv was not working great. Not sure if it was their provider or the actual tv. The free breakfast was not very good.

Room wasn’t ready till after 4pm - Desk should hand out ear plugs - very loud traffic noise. No place to hang clothes, no Kleenex, no iron or board, not sure why it’s called a suite - maybe because it had a recliner ?

While the staff was pleasant enough overall, the gal who checked us in was not very engaging. The property is old and it showed. While that isn’t always a deterrent, this time it should have been. The feel of the room was that of unclean. To top it off, the west entrance door looks like it has been broken into and now does not fully close without force. As our room was near this door, we felt unsafe and spent the night waiting for someone uninvited to come in. Overall I would not recommend this property.

Needs some attention

The toilet in room 312 kept running and running. The air conditioner knob was just spinning and spinning. The room was either too hot or too cold. The TV did not work. The outside garbage cans were overflowing.

Very poor breakfast bed was clean but the floors were not clean,the property the parking lot had a lot of garbage laying around.The outside security doors didn’t close on their own they had to be pulled shut. The staff didn’t tell us about the amenities at check-in we had to ask. Okay for the money but we won’t stay there again
