The bathroom floor and carpet were unacceptable as far as cleanliness. I don’t think the floor behind the bathroom door has been cleaned in a while.

Room 221 reeked of urine and feces when I opened the door. Carpet was disgusting, had not been vacuumed. Toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Shower curtain had mold on it. I did tell the front desk person upon checking out. Will never stay there again.

I suggest reading other reviews then staying with an open mind, but I found past reviews to be accurate after my stay. Air conditioner noisy at times. Air in room felt damp when entering which makes me believe either the carpets are dirty, old and or the air conditioner may need servicing. Shower fan didn’t work but can hear it buzzing when switch turned on. Sounds like a future fire hazard to me. Shower walls showing signs of mold which figures cause the fan doesn’t work. Crack in bathroom wall which will lead to rot and mold. Housekeeping skills in bathroom might need to be improved. But positive bed was cozy. Overall the building needs to be updated. Just my opinion.

Upon arrival there was an unflushed toilet with toilet paper and poop. Either staff had used it or housekeepers never opened lid which means they didn’t clean toilet. Carpet had pet stains and room smelled bad. Very disappointing

The staff was excellent. The parking lots are very well lit. Hotel is older but pretty well maintained. Room was okay but heavily stained chair and surfaces not very clean.
