A good place to stay in the off season. Property and frooms were clean, and convenient with microwave and fridge. Close to a grocery store for snacks and sandwich makings. Staff recommended restaurants open in the off season and they were all very good. Would stay there again if in the area.

Great location for true OBX experience! Close to Ocracoke ferry and amazing access to the beach! Great shell and rock hounding! Facility's internet access stunk and no operating ice machine. Great dining at the Cockeyed Clam!

We were there for one night, The room was clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a smiling hostess at the front desk, knowledgeable about the surrounding area and had a great recommendation for dinner. A very good experience overall.

The hotel is older and showing some of its age. However the room was clean and well stocked with towels and plenty of hot water. The front desk called us on check in day to find out our arrival time and had some fabulous recommendations of where find restaurants that were open, as we were there in off season and most places were not open yet. We will most definitely stay there again.
