We loved this place, it was so clean and beautiful. I wish the pool was heated since it’s winter time but not very cold. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. Overall we loved this property and would stay again.

Hotel muito bom que devo retornar

Esse hotel é realmente muito bom. A localização é extraordinária, perto de diversos restaurantes sem necessidade de carro. Possui garagem gratuita descoberta sem manobrista. Os atendentes são muito educados e foram solícitos em todas as demandas. Tem uma piscina muito bonita e agradável. Os quartos são excelentes nada a reclamar. O café da manhã também é muito bom como o restaurante fica de frente para a rua o visual é muito lindo. Só não leva cinco estrelas porque parece que uma refeição de peixe feita no hotel causou um dessaranjo intestinal sério no meu filho. De resto recomendo muito esse hotel.

Serviço discrepante da infraestrutura

O serviço não é compatível com a qualidade dos quartos. Faltam funcionários e eles, apesar de muito educados e solícitos, não são dão conta do serviço. Ao chegar, 12h30 não me foi oferecida nem a opção de aguardar a liberação do quarto na piscina. Não me informaram sobre a existência de sauna e academia. O café da manhã começa 7h30, mas em duas ocasiões sai às 8h30 sem ter recebido cesta de pães ou pratos da cozinha, como ovo mexido. Uma simples porção de bolinho de bacalhau no hotel parceiro demorou incríveis 55 minutos para ser servida às 16h ( ou seja, fora do horário de rush)... Não sabiam informar sobre as bebidas de cortesia da hotéis.com e depois falaram que era apenas uma por hospedagem e que eu não poderia escolher, a opção era soda italiana sem álcool (água com gás mais essência Monin saborizada)... Já o quarto, luxo com hidromassagem, é um espetáculo. Confortável, limpo, sempre cheiroso (vendem a essência na recepção), roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, amenities de qualidade muito boa, com destaque para a marca de shampoo e condicionador. Fornecem uma garrafa de 1.5l de água de cortesia e o frigobar vazio. Poderiam ter uma pequena biblioteca para os hóspedes, queria doar um livro que terminei de ler e não havia essa possibilidade. A localização é muito boa, fiz tudo a pé. Uber fácil e barato. As bicicletas que dizem ter para os hóspedes, na verdade são pagas por períodos de 2h...

Chegamos no hotel e a recepção nos falou que nossa diária não estava paga. Depois nos colocaram num quarto sem vista, parecia uma caverna. Poucos funcionários no café da manhã, faltou o básico, o café. Tudo demorava a ser reposto, um caos. A atendente Silvana simplesmente maravilhosa, no meio do caos levava tudo c um sorriso no rosto. Na saída o atendente teve a ousadia de falar que estava faltando uma toalha. Fui até o quarto c ele. Lá estavam as duas toalhas que mais pareciam um pano de chão. Constrangedora essa situação.
