Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!

Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

Falta manutenção

As fotos provavelmente foram tiradas logo após a última reforma, que foi a muito tempo atrás. Entendemos que os últimos cinco anos (ou mais) foram complicados para a economia, mas ter consciência de que o valor não bate com a realidade já é de bom tamanho.

Hotel tá parado no tempo, vou nele a 21 anos e está do mesmo jeito. O café foi muito bom. E a funcionária Vera Lúcia do café é sylvio do geral são os melhores. Lá plage em a melhor vista da praia Pero

Tudo péssimo, não indico essa pousada.

Quarto horrível vedendo a mofo, frigobar todo enferrujada, nao trocaram a toalha do chão do banheiro, nao tiraram o lixo do banheiro, a cama e horrível e toda mole, vc deita ou senta , vc afunda, a agua do banheiro e amarela, nao sei pq, o cafe da manha nao tem opções, nao da um suco , vitamina , so tem refresco de manga ou goiaba, falaram que nao tem estacionamento, mas no dia que fui na recepção tirar uma divida, um hospede chego pedindo a chave do estacionamento, eles indicam um estacionamento numa rua de trás, mas esse estacionamento e da pousada, mas eles cobram a pernoite, o atendente um japonês cabelo liso, nao te da atenção, so fica no celular, nos corredores dos quartos nao tem cameras.

Pior hotel que fiquei

PIOR hotel que já fiquei na vida, cama afunda e está quebrada, quarto com menos, ar condicionado na parede e na parte de baixo não vai no quarto todo, pois tem uma paradinha na frente, ar condicionado velho e vazando água, péssima iluminação no quarto com uma lâmpada e quase caindo do teto, quarto sem telefone, frigobar todo enferrujado por fora e por dentro, travesseiros sujos e com mofo. Banheiro sem fechadura e com buracos. Não tem Wi-Fi, TV não pega todos os canais e os poucos de canais fechados, as imagens são chuviscadas e sai do ar toda hora. Minha filha voltou toda empolada devido a alergia pelo mofo fedorento do quarto e roupas de cama.

Hotel com potencial mas precisa melhorar.

Não há estacionamento no local, há vagas rotativas na rua. Toalha de rosto estava suja, acabamos usando como toalha de chão para o banheiro. Travesseiros com mal cheiro e quarto com um pouco cheiro de mofo. Instalações antigas mas funcionando. Wi-Fi não funcionou no quarto. Café da manhã simples. Fotos do local não condizem com a realidade. Como ficamos apenas uma noite o local atendeu a necessidade porém não ficaríamos novamente.

Decepção total com a hospedagem.

Desde a chegada o recepcionista muito grosseiro e mal mal-educado. O quarto sujo, portas quebradas e toalhas manchadas de batom. Quando fui pedir para trocar de quarto o recepcionista me mostrou um quarto bem pior com vazamento de água no teto com vazamento pelo chão do quarto. Inclusive não fiquei hospedado... Reclamei com o recepcionista e falei sobre as fotos que não condiziam com a realidade e o mesmo informou que a responsabilidade das fotos era do site hoteis.com

Não indico nem para um inimigo.

No quarto: cama péssima. Geladeira em péssimas condições. Televisão sem pegar canais abertos. Não tinha tomadas no quarto. Roupas de banho sujas. Colchão de casal péssimo, um rombo no meio e todo puído. Única coisa positiva, o ar condicionado, apesar de fazer muito barulho. Banheiro: a água de cor estranha, sem tratar. Sem internet.
