Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

O quarto que me hospedei aparentemente estava limpo, mas o tapete do banheiro estava totalmente encardido e dava a impressão do banheiro estar sujo. O controle de TV não estava no quarto e a TV não estava funcionando. Tive que trocar de quarto. O outro quarto era a mesma coisa, mas a TV estava funcionando, porém o chuveiro não. Tive que solicitar a troca do chuveiro, pois da forma que estava não tinha como tomar banho. Pelo menos o chuveiro foi trocado e passou a funcionar. O café da manhã é simples, mas tinha o necessário, único problema era o café mesmo que só tinha duas garrafas e as vezes estava frio e não dava vazão para quantidade de hóspedes, pois as garrafas eram essas de 1litro igual as que temos em casa.

O hotel Lá Plage!Não tem essa instrutora toda!Um coisa que me deixou bastante desapontada foi não ter net nos quartos..Eu e minha família não conseguimos ver T.v..Ficou a experiência..Dar para passar uma noite!Localização é muito boa!Agora vamos experimentar o café da manhã!

Lugar de Paz !!
Estive com minha famila no final de semana e o Recepcionista Guilherme foi excepcional. Ficamos nos quartos 63 e 65 de frente para a praia, observei que o ar condionado precisa de manutenção. Cafe da manhã com tudo fresco, piscina limpa, drinks e aperitivos saborosos. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.

Local excelente, mas havia muita formiga no quarto, tanto pequena quanto grande, a sauna estava fria e sem essência e a piscina com muito lodo nas laterais e no fundo.

Quarto mofado , No cafe da manha faltando muitas coisas que nao estava sendo repondo , exemplo suco nao reporom , ovo mexido frio , faltou queijo , presunto , faltou prato e copo eles tinha que tirar da mesa das pessoas ainda tomando cafe para lavar e passar para outras pessoas.

A pior hospedagem
Sem dúvida a pior estadia que ja tive. Funcionários mal educados, limpeza do local pessima. Hotel precisa de uma manutenção com urgência. Café da manhã extremamente precário. Com pães velhos. Suco de pozinho. Com pouca variedade. Piscina suja. Atendentes do bar, super rabujentos. Colchão e travesseiros mofados. Saimos antes do dia previsto pois não aguentamos. E tinha de tudo para ser excelente pela localização. Frigobar enferrujado. Iriamos ficar 4 diárias. No primeiro dia deixaram apenas meio rolo de papel higiênico, tendo q ir pedir na recepção. Outras localidades como uma sala de estar fedia a mofo. Enfim fui comemorar meu aniversário e tive uma decepção!

A localização é incrível! As estruturas do imóvel tem potencial, mas estão descuidadas. A limpeza, principalmente dos banheiros não é boa, os colchões são terríveis e a quarto cheira a mofo.

Fui bem recepcionado no hotel o primeiro quarto infelizmente foi terrível passei uma noite a base de anti alérgicos o quarto fedia a mofo o travesseiro estava todo mofado no segundo dia fui à recepção me deram a opção de troca de quarto. Me colocaram em um quarto um pouco melhor O hotel tem um espaço maravilhoso mas precisam de uma reforma imediata pois coloca a a saúde respiratória das pessoas em risco
