Boa localização, pousada confortável, quarto amplo para casal e uma criança, vista bonita e a única coisa que gostaríamos de comunicar é sobre as roupas de cama que não estão em um bom estado e também estão muito manchadas. O que aparenta a aparência de sujas. Achamos um pouco largada a recepção.

Localização muito pela paisagem, mas deixa a desejar para quem quer andar, pois fica numa area muito alta e pra subir a ladeira é demais cansativo. Hotel nao oferece cafe da manhã. Triste isso.

O Internet não funciona de lugar nenhum da pousada, fiquei 5 dias e não consegui usar em momento algum. São inflexíveis com relação a horário, a recepção só abre às 14hs no horário do check in, então se chegar antes não tem onde deixar as malas.

Quando reservamos no site compramos com café da manhã incluso mas ao chegarmos fomos informados que o cafe da manhã era terceirizado com cobrança de 30 reais e com reserva de 24 h. Nos foi informado tambem que não o local não se trata mais de pousada e sim aluguel de apartamentos não tendo inclusive atendimento na recepção no horário de 5h as 14h, onde nesse período a recepção fica fechada.

um lugar bonito mas horrível no que diz respeito a atendimento. não pelas pessoas. chegamos às 13 horoas e não tinha ninguém, na portaria para fazer u chek in. uma moça que nem trabahhava nesse setor é que quebrou galho. uma coisa horrorosa
