Café bom, agradável, funcionários simpáticos, de ruim mesmo foi ter ficado sem tomar banho por 3 horas, devido a um problema de ar no cano, acabei ficando cheio de shampoo e ensaboado e não pude sair pra almoçar nesse dia, perdendo cerca de 3 horas da minha estadia, a solução poderia ter sido ofertada de ter esticado o checkout em 3h , mas não foi ofertado .

Muito ruim, achei que pelas fotos seria melhor, ainda bem que as praias são ótimas, senão a viagem seria um desastre. Nem a cama salvou o ambiente, era o minímo que teria que ser muito bom. O ar condicionado não existia, era um ventilador de parede, mais barulho do que vento. Banheiro bem precário, espelho péssimo todo manchado, o chuveiro não saia água direito e o banho tinha que ser gelado, era isso ou explodir. A televisão não ligava, se funcionava não descobrimos como era. Cama bem ruim, acordavamos mais cansado do que quando ia dormir. A unica coisa que escapou foi o frigobar, nota 9. Acho que deveriam avaliar melhor colocar a disposição um quarto desses, tem a questão do preço, mas disponibilizar algo assim chega a ser insalubre. Sugiro reverem as instalações gerais do local.

Boa descoberta

A localização é ótima. O atendimento muito bom. No início teve um desencontro de informação por falta de comunicação da Hotéis.com e do hotel, mas tudo resolvido. Noe e Lucas foram extremamente solícitos, nota mil pra eles. Voltarei outras vezes com certeza.
