Check in was easy. The girl at the desk gave us a king sized bed looking at the parking lot. I then went back to the desk and asked the women, who just started the new shift if i could have a king sized bed overlooking the canel. She said she would check to see if there were any other king size room available. She was very accommodating and found a room on the 4 th floor with the same king sized bed and we were very happy with the change. Room was very clean and spacious. Beautiful bathroom.
