Overall customer service was unsatisfactory. Staff wasn’t very helpful only a handful were nice and friendly. I wouldn’t recommend this place. I would look into other places that have better service and value for the price we paid.

The hotel has really good amenities and the pool was spectacular. The experience overall was good and most of the staff were really nice and attentive. Special thanks to Enriqueta for making the best coffee and making it so pleasant to stop by the deli everyday. You are wonderful! If I had to change something, it would be the arrival. When we got to the hotel, we were tired from the flight and the heat and all we wanted was to get to our room with our baby that was also due for his dinner, but instead we had to sit through an explanation of the tours and activities that we could plan for the next couple days. We appreciated the sentiment, but a better time could’ve been found to go over this so we could have been more receptive. Thank you for a good vacation!
