Wondering stay at the Pacifica. The staff is always excellent and helpful. At the pool Gonzalo made our days there a breeze. Would stay there again. Front staff is always helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Check-in staff was extremely rude and arrogant. We got the incorrect room and took nearly an hour to get the correct one. The beach is private therefore won't see any vendors. Keep in mind you cannot enter the ocean at this beach due to depth and tall waves. The pool/restaurant waiters were very nice and attentive. The hotel is adults only with all-inclusivity, therefore expect loud drunks which was aa bit much in our opinion. Not as quiet as we were hoping.

This was my first time staying in Cabo. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Concierge and VIP access made it easy to navigate the area. They were able to offer great assistance and recommendations.

We rated property a 4 due to the power going out one night and also one of the elevators stopped working with us in it. We were able to open the doors manually and get out. These were the only 2 negatives about the resort. Its a wonderful place to get some R&R. Nice and quiet. Good food. Good service.

Not a true all inclusive. Up charges on anything good. Beach is very hard to walk on can not go in the water. If you like quiet it is very relaxing not a party resort. Just didn’t like up charges on the good alcohol and didn’t know about the up charges on the food until afterwards when it showed up on my bill. The entertainment by the pool is very good. The guys make it fun but like I said very relaxing not at all a party resort.
