Lovely property with the sweetess hostess. There is no elevator but she helped me lift my suitcase to the upper floor. Rooms are cozy, clean and most importantly warm enough in the cold mountain weather. Parking is super close by and so are shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here

HORRIBLE
EXAGERADAMENTE CARO !!! 90€ por una habitación que a lo sumo deberías pagar 25€. Las fotos NADA que ver con la realidad, todo viejísimo, ni siquiera hay recepción (un timbre/portero) escaleras complicadas para ir con maletas (nada de ascensor como publicitan), la habitación incómoda, enana y huele fatal ya que da a un patio diminuto con salida de humos. NO REPETIRÉ JAMÁS y evidentemente no lo recomiendo. El chico que nos recibió muy majo y sería lo único bueno del lugar

DECEPCIÓN TOTAL!!!
Precio excesivo por lo que ofrecen. Baño sucio y atascado, y las ventanas de la habitación dan a la salida de humo de la cocina de abajo. La noche por 80€, totalmente desproporcionado. Hemos hecho una ruta por el norte de 15 días y fue el peor con diferencia.

Clean simple ho(s)tel with friendly owner. Our room had a nice new bathroom cornered off by glass walls. Location right in the centre of Las Arenas so no parking in front of the door but on the free large public car park at 5min walk. Sound insulation is not the best and there is not enough space to hang your towels, apart from that it’s all good.
