Hotel muy bonito y seguro

The pictures don’t really do it justice. Needs some renovations. Definitely a hotel to spend a night in and then head straight to the airport.

This was a last minute booking for us. We booked 2 rooms. My hubby woke me up to complain about a small bug he found in our bed. I took a small video of it, thinking it might have come from the open window. The next morning, our son and girlfriend complained how “itchy” the sheets felt when leaving the area. I took another look at the video and looked up “bed bugs”. It looked like the same critter. I called the hotel to report our finding, but they were very dismissive.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Eurostars Residenza Cannaregio is a wonderfully well-looked-after 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. The location is super convenient—just a 15-minute walk from the train station, close to a water bus stop, and complete with its own private water taxi dock. We stayed in a two-floor, two-double-bed room overlooking the canal, which was spacious, modern, clean, and kept wonderfully cool by the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast was very enjoyable each morning, and the staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. We couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough—it truly helped make our Venice stay so special!

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Cute boutique hotel right on the water. The room was very dark and bad lighting for makeup, etc, and the small sitting room had a musty smell.
