Un lugar muy lindo con unas playas hermosas y sus paisajes de ensueño.

I have been visiting this property for over 20 years. It is in desparate need of renovation. My room was ok. My friend's needed to move rooms because it smelled awful, the floating vanity looked like it was going to fall off and the couch was absolutely filthy. It is in the perfect location right on Medano Beach so I decided to stay there again, however there are other hotel also on the beach for the same price. My heart is with this property and it's staff. I sincerely hope that they put some money into renovations as this location is a gem!!

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

At check in they were trying to give me a king bed even though I booked two queens traveling with a friend. The rate was a deluxe ocean which should say mostly pool view and partial ocean. Then the room flooded late at night from the rain and was in puddles all over the entire floor and on our beds. They tried to push back on finding a room and gave me a room with a worse view. They told me to speak with the manager on compensation and when I did she said she had no notes and wouldn’t do anything. We heard other people on site got moved to better rooms. After a lengthy discussion she offered $75 on a place we spent over $2K at for 3 nights. Starbucks on property is an upcharge, drinks beyond well are as well. Food was marginal at best. I would not recommend this property. The service staff on site who helped us move were lovely and the massage was good.

This is our 3rd stay at the Ritz Zadun and we love it. Staff is amazing; rooms are villas and so spacious and location is terrific. We’ll be back.
