You need to pay for sauce kn $9 chips

Pool Cafe has $9 hot chips but wont gove you tomato sauce. You have the pay for sauxe. I was blown away...are things that tough. It a busy pool bar with $20 cocktails and overpriced food and you need the extra sauce money!!! Bugs all in room, tried to cover out items but tropical bugs everywhere in cupboards etc. In room only at night a squished 2 x cockroaches

Very Noisy

This is a huge resort, full of families with kids. It's really noisy from 7 am to 7pm so if you want quiet and relaxing this isn't the place to stay! 2 restaurants, the Italian Pizza place was average, The other was the Cafe and the food was average and very slow to come out. We won't be staying here agan.

Good for families, not for couples

The resort is full of families, kids running riot while parents sit in the cafe. Screaming at the playground starts at 7am and goes through to 7pm. I don't recommend this place if you want a couples weekend away relaxing.

The pictures of the property look so much nicer and prettier! The location is convenient as it’s not far from the airport. It’s a big facility surrounded by trees and plants, hence lots of bugs and ants. They only cleaned our room once during our stay which was disappointing considering how many ants were there. There’s no black out curtain so no privacy.

It was clean and tidy with daily room refreshes. Staff were super lovely and helpful. I should’ve done my research but unfortunately smoking was allowed at this property and it ended up in our room (89) even with all the windows and door kept closed. Very noise at night with kids still running around at 2am, needed ear plugs every night.

Although the outside of this property was beautiful, the rooms are outdated and we arrived late at night to find cockroaches in our room. We would have left right then and there, but the late hour and getting up early the next day for an event stopped us from doing so. Also, there is absolutely nothing walking distance so we had to eat at their restaurant or take an Uber. The restaurant was not terrible, but not great either. I would not stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Family gathering from interstate. Rooms not super-soundproofed but guests were generally quiet and considerate so wasn’t a big problem. Pools and poolside cafe very nice facility. Big resort but does not feel crowded - lots of space. Well advertised- what is stated is what you get, no tricks or tricky photos like some establishments. Have stayed here in the past and happy to visit again in the future.
