Location, location, location! It was a bit of a walk into the center, but that gave us quiet and a wonderful view of the ocean. Staff was responsive and facility was well kept.

The room rate was a bit high considering the age of the room and distance of the hotel from the main centre area. The shuttle bus only had limited hours. Staff were polite and helpful, the dining area and pool area were nice.

We had an excellent room at the top of the property overlooking the ocean. It was spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Parking was available and easy to use. We were not so keen on our dining experience. It was not higher than an adequate rating.

I was not able to spend the night because my flight got mechanical problems, and QANTAS re-scheduled our flight for the following day. So, as a result I did not spend the night at the Harborside Hotel. Please note. I do not know how to turn those rating office. They are not correct as I have not stayed at the motel for the night.

Room was nice. Appreciated the handheld shower wand. Not a lot of parking in the hotel lot so had to park on the street sometimes. Nothing within walking distance for food or shopping.
