Stayed in a 1 bedroom suite - great value. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Lovely view over the Esplanade from balcony. Easy walking distance to hospitals, Cairns Central, Waterfront, cafes and restaurants. You can also use the pool and bathroom facilities after checking out - very handy if on a late flight.

Location was convenient with muddys playground right across the road and they provided beach towels which was great. The balcony view from our family room was fantastic, we could see both the mountains and the sea:) parking was easy as well.

Wasn’t able to bring my family into this motel room after 11pm which is ridiculous because I have paid for my own room and my own housekeeping and everything else that is associated with me having my own independence and my family has been in my life for the past couple years

A great reasonably priced property in an area in walking distance to the restaurants, Esplanade and harbour. A fantastic children's playground across the road and bbq facilities and next door to Riley Crystalbrook. A lovely little pool area with sun lounges. 24 hour reception. There are a few different people Manning reception and some are friendlier than others The only issue is the hallways echo a lot when people are moving between their room and the lift. Rooms are cleaned daily and supplies replenished if you need this done. Would stay here again

Good enough location towards the end of the esplanade (opposite to where most of the life is but probably only 15 walk along the board walk). Lovely staff who gave recommendations and organised taxi for us. Room is getting a little worn but grand if you’re out all day. The windows are single glazed and we were woken one night by a couple having a drunken row (not the hotels fault!).

The bed and pillows were 10/10. So comfortable, it was incredible. Cairns Plaza was recomended to us, and we will not. hesitate to do the same. Pricing was very good as well. Reception were happy to answer any questions and give assistance with somewhere to dine.

Very convenient to down town. Hotel room consisted of one bedroom and a separate living and dining area was very clean had most items available , I would add a toaster or toaster oven . Bed was very comfortable , nice to have the patio door in the bedroom. Front desk staff were all very helpful and accommodating Would highly recommend.
