Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. I loved the elegant look of the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and food selection was great too. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants, shops and the wharf is in walking distance. The only problem was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for 5 days during our stay. It was disappointing however, we were allowed to use the pool of the other Pullman Hotel across the road.

I was very surprised to see how run down the pool and pool area was. The pool had big leakage stains and a lot of tiles missing.. the decking was almost dangerous in areas. Also my room needed a good makeover, the furniture was hammered, the carpet clean but stained. I think any rooms above a certain level were completely untouched and let go.

Had a positive six night stay, chose to try other food opportunities rather in house. Staff were polite and courteous only negative was the three times we went to use the pool there were bo towels and they took over an hour to be replaced

The property is quite run down, pool area needs repair and cleaning, not a good look when you get out of the lift and carpet is held together with tape. We booked a standard Room but expected more from a Pullman. Room was a good size as was the location of the property. We probably wouldn't stop here again.
