Such an amazing location in Cairns. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was great. Only complaint, and even then it didn’t affect our stay at all, was the restaurant played loud music a couple nights. But I would stay here again.

We travel through Cairns often and always love staying at the Benson because of the convenient location - it is surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants, its walking distance to both Woolworths, Cairns Central shopping centre and also to the Esplanade. We had a great stay, easy and convenient.

Excellent hotel with beautiful bathroom. Great view. Helpful staff. My only complaint about the room is that we had two beds and one bedside table and lamp. Walking distance to the shopping complex and to the Esplanade. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops.

The Benson was conveniently located near many of the attractions in downtown Cairns. The property is recently renovated and the condition of our room was great. Would recommend this hotel!

We stayed 5 nights and the breakfast included was very average same food each day and variety was very simple and the staff were very sad. We attended the cocktail half price on Friday evening and was not offered the free canapés. The bar Manger was a complete smart ass and locked us on the balcony on our last day. Place was overall nice and central to cairns only a 8 min walk to the esplanade.
