I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The security team, the receptionists, and the housekeeping staff all went out of their way to ensure my comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s Baron Bistro. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious international dishes, each one more impressive than the last. Whether you're in the mood for something familiar or adventurous, their menu has something for everyone. The cleanliness of both the room and the lobby was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. I was also fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the historic Baron Palace, which added a unique charm to my stay. The sight of this stunning landmark was truly breathtaking. Transportation was a breeze, with taxis readily available at all times. Every ride felt safe and reliable, whether heading to the airport or exploring the city. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short drive from downtown and the airport, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Last stay at the Baron.
We arrived from airport at 3am. The reception told us that the only available room is a twin bedroom although I booked a double room and paid for it . As We're really exhausted we accepted, when we reached the room I uncovered the two beds and found that the bed sheets weren't changed so I called and informed the reception, he said will send the house keeping to replace them , then he suggested to take a different room, it was alrady 3.30 am So we accepted and the luggage taken to the second room, unfortunately when checking the bed sheets they were worse than the 1st. So I called again and he suggested a 3rd room in the new building, in fact we and the luggage were transferred it was already 4am. ,there one of the two beds needed change of sheet. We're finally able to sleep at 4.30 am. Next morning we discovered that the bathroom sink was obstructed and the room safe wasn't working. After informing the reception We're able to get only the sink repaired but the safe ignored. We stayed for two nights and checked out , nobody from the hotel reception or administration got in contact with us.
