Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions and provide great recommendations. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants and attractions, including the Cairo Museum, conveniently nearby. A special thanks to Mohamed Mousa for his outstanding assistance—he went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also appreciated how thoughtfully they took care of our belongings while we stepped out for shopping—highly recommended!

It’s first time for me in Cairo, had bad experience with some hotels. But luckily end up found this hotel. Great hotel, friendly staff especially Mariam and uncle Jumaah, very clean and brilliant location.✅✅ To avoid any overbooking issue, make your payment in advance through any app.

What a great stay. The building itself is older with older type elevator but nice reminds me of something out of an old movie. Once you get to the hotel floor all is modern. The room was smaller than expected (the picture on the web in Expedia is much bigger) it was good for us, but if you are looking for larger that’s not this hotel. The staff is WONDERFUL. Always ready to assist, always smiling even though they may not speak English they would try to assist in any way they can. The manager was outstanding he helped us book a Nile cruise & tours from Cairo to Alexandria to Aswan. I cannot say enough about this trip and how comfortable the staff made us feel.

The staff are all wonderful: they go out of their way to ensure that you have a great stay (for example, they will walk with you to get a falafel sandwich so that you don't get lost and/or meet your driver to make sure that your check-in is seamless because the entrance is not evident!). My room was clean and very functional. The only downside was that there weren't many towels (but I'm sure if you asked for more, they'd provide them for you!). The breakfast was "simple" and served with a smile! The location is also central to many "downtown" activities/attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants/shops nearby that one can walk to. They also offer day trips (e.g., Alexandria, desert, pyramids) that are very affordable (I booked their day trip to Sakkara/Memphis/Dahshur and was happy with my tour).

Really nice hotel! Super good location and the staff is super kind also! I totally recommend it! At first look it’s hard to find the hotel because it’s a floor on a shared building! But afterwards it’s easy to understand everything. Good renovation inside the rooms

Fint hotel i Cairo Centrum

Super fint hotel i midten af Cairo med gode værelser. Men der er også et par udfordringer. Vi ankom sendt om natten og blev ved ankomst 01.00 anvist et andet hotel for den første nat (10 min væk).. Dagen efter indcheckning på Castello Hotel og her spurgt om kompensation fordi det første hotel var billigere, det fik vi aldrig svar på desværre. Castello er mega fint til prisen dog med basal morgenmad men hvad kan man forvente til prisen.

Hôtel au centre du Caire. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le personnel très sympahique. Seul bémol : certaines chambres donnent sur la rue et la nuisance sonore est épouvantable.

La ubicación es en un callejón feo, había un conserje que se pegaba a uno para que se le diera propina por todo. Había que pedir toallas grandes, papel de baño, que limpiaran la habitación. Lo que más me incomodó fue esa persona que llamaba a nuestro cuarto con la excusa que llevaba más toallas o la secadora y se entraba a la habitación y con el teléfono y un traductor decía que él vigilaría porque las cosas estuvieran seguras y si uno necesitaba dejar dinero o documentos con él se podía hacer. No volvería a hospedarme allí jamás ni lo recomiendo a nadie que viaje a Él Cairo.

B&B bem básico. O Hotéis.com precisa reclassificar para B&B e deixar claro que não é um hotel. O site está atestando uma classificação de estrelas que não é a realidade. Prédio antigo. Elevador bem antigo. Prós: Os quartos são novos e limpos. Cama boa. Lençóis e toalhas boas. Equipe boa. Contras: Hóspedes fumam no hall do elevador, cheiro de fumaça entra nos quartos. Ducha sem porta. Alguns utensílios quebrados dificultam o banho. Tapete bem escorregadio. Precisa pedir papel higiênico, toalha e sabonete na recepção todos os dias. Pelas fotos de fachada, é impossível encontrar o hotel na rua. Muito barulho no quarto com varanda, muitas buzinas todos os horários. Embora os atendentes sejam solícitos, há limitações. Serviço de arrumação precisa pedir, deixamos as chaves na recepção mas precisa pedir especificamente para limpar o quarto. Café da manhã não tomamos, pois inicia as 8h e eles fazem mediante solicitação. Não há buffet. Internet não funciona, mas aparentemente a internet não funciona no Cairo inteiro. Equipe 8, acomodações 5.

Okay for the money , Lots of cigarette stench

It’s situated in an old, murky building on the second floor. Inside it’s more or less modern but not really a nice choice due to the enormous noise level. From inside! The doors are paperthin and you can even hear the old elevator arriving although my room was the farthest away possible. The second day there was no electricity in the morning. The staff was friendly but everyone had to smoke permanently in the entrance from where all the stench came into the room. Not really a hotel to return to unless you’re traveling on a budget. The interior was newish and ok, if you’re happy just to sleep it may be a solution although it’s mega difficult to find a good night’s sleep thanks to the permanent noise level from the inside and of course the never ending honking and traffic from outside. I’m on my way to the Hilton right now. It’s not the smartest idea to cheap out in Egypt. People are generally friendly but as anywhere else you certainly get what you pay for. The girl at the reception was a true enrichment to the property.
