It was my time travelling to Egypt and I have to say Great Pyramid hotel is amazing. The hotel was clean and accessible, the staff was super nice and caring. The area is a little noisy but it’s right infront of a major tourist attraction which is expected but the noise wasn’t bad. We were able to do tours and get around Cairo and Giza with Alibaba who was amazing. So if you stay at Great pyramid hotel ask for Alibaba best tour guide and super patient. He waited until my friends and I took pictures was very Knowledgable and advised on safety and the best spots. He also took us around to various places and the cost was not expensive at all compared to other tours we took a look into. Overall I loved Cairo and Giza cause we were surrounded by good people throughout our stay.
Aladdin and staff are amazing ! I am happy to have seen them again. The property is well maintained. The beds are clean and comfy. I had an awesome stay. I would return.
IF YOU LIKE TO SLEEP DO NOT STAY THERE.
I booked a 10 night stay, I fell in love with the pictures on Expedia.
I was moved from the 1st floor, to the 5th floor and then the 3rd floor after complaning that I wasn't able to sleep. Always the same issue, noise noise noise. I didn't sleep for 5 nights. I had to book an AirBNB 30 minutes away and that hotel in order to sleep. They then refused to refund me the extra 5 nights that I had booked.
Only stay there for 2 nights max, it's unbearable
The views are amazing and you'll be 2 minutes away from the pyramids. Even if I returned to egypt I would book a hotel 30 minutes away
ALWAYS BOOK AN UBER WHEREVER YOU GO SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO NEGOTIATE AND HAVE A HEADACHE EVERYTIME YOU WANT TO MOVE. EVERYONE WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU, EVEN THE HOTEL TAXI DRIVERS.
Staff was excellent and very helpful. Fixed any issues right away. They took care of us like family. Food was excellent. Location unbeatable! Right in front of the pyramids. What more can one ask for. Breakfast in front of the pyramids. Watch sunset from the rooftop restaurant. Excellent hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
The Property itself is very well kept and updated rooms. The rooftop restaurant had the perfect views to the pyramids and sphinx especially at night you can get beautiful pictures. A plus the food and drinks were good.
Property itself and hotel staff are incredible. Rooms are perfect and everbody is very nice and accomadating.
Its when you step outside it becomes a problem everbody and i mean everbody will try and hussle you so just stay sharp. If i had one criticism about the hotel then maybe get some better sound proofing for the pyramid view rooms other than that i have no complaints.
Would stay here again no problems.
This hotel is excellent. Very clean spacious rooms, nice interior design, great restaurant and perfect view of the pyramids. Staff was friendly for the most part. You can walk to the pyramids. Outside the hotel there are locals trying sell you stuff and taxis drivers trying to get business which can get annoying. Good security guard who can come out to fend them off and make sure you are okay.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
The property was close to GIZA pyramids which was great. However the property was surrounded by aggressive locals pushing to sell stuff and begging
Stayed in two different rooms. One was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the pyramids. The other youget what you pay for ha ha but was OK because of the breakfast convenience and beautiful views in the dining area.
We had a great experience staying here. The location is optimal and the service staff were amazing helping us out in everyway. The rooftop restaurant with the best puramids views is excellent!
This is certainly an amazing find. The staff are simply amazing ! They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy and comfortable. The view from the rooftop restaurant is as good as you can get. Spectacular views of the pyramids. Doesn’t get any better. Food is amazing and reasonable. Large portions. I would certainly go back for the view and the stuff. They treated us like family. Only negatives and this will never be a deal breaker. The beds are way too hard for me and the safe wasn’t bolted down making it not usable. They are constantly cleaning. Thank you for an amazing three days. TIP don’t waste your money on the sound and light show, reserve a table at this restaurant. Have a great meal. served to you by amazing staff for the same money. Thank me later.
Well, the view from our room and also from the restaurants in the premises were expectacular! Very pleased with everything in this hotel. Great food and you will be in front row to the Pyramids.
Highly recommend it.
Staff is impeccable, they go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Unfortunately there was just one complaint. The shower and hot tub did not have sufficient hot water. Considering the money spent it was a bummer. The pyramid view was definitely unforgettable and that’s what you truly pay for. It’s close to many attractions. Not many dinning options in the area that was up to standard. But they are at least three restaurants near by that offer good food. It can get pretty noisy as well during the day. This hotel has the best view of the pyramids and it’s really clean. Maybe you’ll have better luck with the hot water.
The Staff were super friendly and courteous Sassa who was our to go guy was the most friendly and respectful well spoken young man
He made our stay there the best with Sassa’s Big Smile Everytime he saw us made us feel Special
Dina was another very nice young lady
Food Menu at the restaurant was limited
The View Spectacular !!!
WiFi was almost Non Existent

Thanks to Sassa
